Nafeesa al-Ammar is the 45th Sultan of Kumdan Tepe. Nafeesa became Sultan when her father died during a attack by the Yuan-Ti. Nafeesa was granted Ozan's gift and began leading the country during their most uncertain times. Nafeesa would eventually meet The Freebirds during the Economic Summit and they told her of a traitor among her three top advisors. Praying to Ozan for guidance; Nafeesa, Orisck and Min had a shared vision where Ozan spoke directly to them. Three days later Nafeesa would die by the hands of Torchbearer assassins leaving her childhood friend Anzarr heartbroken during the siege of the Ziggurat.
