Oddjaw himself is an Ancient Red Dragon, legends say he has spent most of his life living in and around the massive super volcano in the center of The Fires Of Oddjaw. Other legends say that Oddjaw is at least 10,000 years old.

The Fires Of Oddjaw is actually just a large volcano that Oddjaw hunts and lives on.

Given that the 'Borders' of the country are actually just the limits of where the volcanoes eruptions land there is not a government that controls the area. Unless you count Oddjaw's appetite as a form of law.

Again there is not much of economy given the lack of real government.

Various lava dwelling creatures live in the area. Oddjaw is the only known dragon in the area but keeps a group of Kobolds around to work and worship him.
